How an international order works
- Consultation. A WhatsApp video call to go through fabric, measurements, embroidery, and dupatta styling — no in-person visit needed.
- Confirmation. We send back the full measurement set and design details in writing before any fabric is cut.
- Stitching. 7–15 days for most orders; 3–4 weeks recommended for detailed designer or wedding-season pieces.
- Tracked shipping. Dispatched with a tracking number shared directly on WhatsApp, so you can follow the parcel the entire way.

If you're ordering from outside India for the first time, the process is identical to what returning clients already use.

How far in advance should international clients order?
At least 3–4 weeks before you need the suit, once shipping time is factored in on top of the 7–15 day stitching window — earlier during Indian wedding season (October–February) when demand is higher.
Who covers customs duties on international orders?
Customs and import duties are set by each country and are the recipient's responsibility on delivery. We'll confirm current courier and documentation details with you directly on WhatsApp when you place your order.
