By utilizing our virtual design studio and boutique consulting services, you agree to the following bespoke terms and conditions.
Bespoke Orders & Customization
Every Punjabi suit, cotton salwar set, or velvet wedding ensemble crafted at LUNA is strictly made-to-order based on individual specifications. Customization choices regarding fabric selections, colors, sleeves, necklines, and exact measurement values must be finalized and locked before tailoring processes begin.
Secure Payments & Consulting
Due to the personalized nature of our premium designs, a standard customization deposit or full payment confirmation is required before raw materials are cut and stitching starts. Payment options including cash-on-studio, bank transfers, and digital UPI channels are accepted.
Returns, Fittings & Alterations
Because every outfit is co-designed and custom-tailored to your unique measurements, we do not accept returns or general exchanges. However, LUNA stands by our **Perfect Fit Guarantee**. In the rare case that alterations are needed, Navneet & Navjot will personally guide you via video to adjust your fittings until they sit flawlessly.
Bespoke Delivery Timeline
Standard handcrafting and stitching require between 7 to 15 business days. Once complete, we ship your tailored suits directly using premium tracked dispatch. We provide tracked worldwide delivery for NRI clients and direct express service for regional orders.
